 | If you have paid for a class and find that your child can't attend because of a conflict, a refund will be given minus a $10.00 administrative fee.
If, for some reason, Enriching Kidz™ feels that your child is not mature enough to handle the class information or is a behavior problem NO REFUND will be given.

| We recommend that your child attend all classes. Your child will not receive a certificate if they have missed either CPR or First Aid. This is a vital part of the class, and a nurse or a trained BBS instructor teaches this information. Missed CPR or First Aid classes can be made up by attending the missed class at a different location. Permission must be obtained from the school/coordinator of the other location. Enriching Kidz™ will assist you in finding a make-up class, although it is not always possible. |
| If the school district decides not to open school on a snow day, then all after-school classes are cancelled as well. In some cases, we will offer a class on a day that regular school is closed (i.e. President’s Day). However, if this also happens to be a day with inclement weather, your teacher will notify you by phone to tell you whether or not class will be held. If class is cancelled, it may take a few days to contact the school to get an alternative make-up day. Check the website regularly for daily updates. |
| Enriching Kidz™ and its staff will make every attempt to notify you ASAP regarding the date of a make-up class. Daily updates and information are available on our website. A phone call by someone on our office staff, the instructor, or the school coordinator will be made to all parents as soon as an alternative date is established. |
| At Enriching Kidz™, we truly hope that when you sign your child up for one of our classs, you take that commitment seriously and not over-schedule your child’s time. However, we understand that things come up unexpectedly (sporting tournaments, sick days, school conflicts, etc.), etc. and we will try to work with you when this happens.
My motto as owner of Enriching Kidz™ is, “Some information is better than no information,” so have your child attend as many classes as possible for as long as possible.

| Enriching Kidz™ feels strongly about your child’s safety and well-being.
Our policy regarding pick up is as follows:
1) Each parent must pick up their child immediately after class is over in the location where that class is being held. This applies to anyone picking up the child (sitters, older siblings, or the parents of another class members). If different transportation arrangements need to be made, Enriching Kidz™ must be made aware of them in writing. It is acceptable to bring a note the day of the class.
2) If you will be unexpectedly late, please try calling our office at 513.336.9993. If someone is in the office to help you, we will attempt to reach your child’s teacher by cell phone. Every attempt will be made to contact the teacher. Since we may have many classes going on in different schools each day, please specify which school your child attends. Please read on:
3) IT IS ALSO OUR POLICY THAT ALL OUR TEACHERS STAY UNTIL EVERY STUDENTS HAS BEEN PICKED UP. PLEASE BE PROMPT. BE AWARE THAT OUR TEACHERS HAVE OBLIGATIONS OF THEIR OWN AFTER CLASS, AND WAITING FOR YOU CAN BE INCONVENIENT. THEREFORE, REPEATED OFFENDERS WILL BE ASKED TO FIND A BETTER TIME TO ENROLL THEIR CHILD.
If your child has missed the first 2.5 hours of the class, you may call the Enriching Kidz™ office and we can will arrange to explain the information over the phone. We then ask that you and your child have a dialogue about how baby-sitting is serious business, and takes maturity and problem-solving skills to stay safe and care for other children. If your child misses the diapering/feeding segment of the class, we will ask about prior diapering and feeding skills and decide whether experience alone is sufficient. |
| Yes. There will be a replacement fee, however. Tuition for the Better Baby Sitters™ class includes a manual and First Aid kit. Therefore, an extra charge to replace a lost manual or First Aid kit is necessary. Manuals are $4.00 and First Aid kits are $7.00 plus shipping. Tax is included. Please call our office at 513.336.9993 or e-mail us if you need to replace an item. If your child is currently enrolled in one of our classes, there may not be a shipping charge. If not, we will need to ship the item to your home. |
